Using a Local Database
Local based - Your store data would be located on a Server located in the in your store. The database would only be available to you in the store. You can still access the program by remoting in using www.teamviewer.com or logmein.com. The Vivaldi Support team would need backup your data, manage your server and make sure it's running. With a local database you would not be charged the monthly hosting fee. This option still is available for $395.00 setup fee and $9.95 a month or $19.95 a month. You would not be able to use the customer website www.ihomevalet.com for you customers to access the portal (this option is only available if you choose the Vivaldi hosting option)
This option is great for absentee owners and multi location companies. If you have a plant and dry stores consider this option to keep your Enterprise connected.
