2.Vivaldi will walk you though the system if you wish to test drive Vivaldi. Write Tickets, Pickup Tickets, Enter your price list, Customers, Delivery routes, accounts, run reports, etc.
3.When you are ready to purchase call the sales office we will send out an invoice. You can send Vivaldi a check or pay via PayPal using the link on the Packages Link above..
4.If you choose to order Hardware call our MS CashDrawer Partner and purchase the Hardware directly from them with a credit card or check. They will ship that day. Or Simply select the hardware from the Packages link and pay online. After you purchase online you will receive a confirmation email with the information about tracking numbers, installation and training.
5.After the hardware arrives call the support / Training number 760.282.4421 and Vivaldi support will install you remotely using www.teamviewer.com, support will setup your hardware remotely (printers, cash drawers, barcodes) and train you remotely and over the phone for 2 hours.
6.You receive 30 days of phone support, 1 year of free email support and 1 year of free upgrades with your purchase.
